today is singapore's Dementia Awareness Day lah!



i joined the celebration
and we had mass exercise with the yellow stretchable rubber









then we had to have a long memory walk to boat quay
very very tiring
so we stop by a lot of places

after the celebration,
we were all huunngrryy
so we went to change
